Fixed my phone screen and I didn't know you have to restart your phone afterwards with a moto g35, so he spent about an hour trying to find out what was wrong. even went over when they shut to help me, untill he realised that I didn't restart my phone. When I paid for the service I accidentally sent 70$ extra and he sent it back straight away I wouldn't have even known if he just took it,a very respectable shop and owner.

Highly recommend. Tech was able to retrieve my hard drive data from my old Mac after 4 other techs failed. Very reasonable price & a pleasure to deal with.👍

I’m truly taken aback by the level of service I received. Had such an incredibly friendly, professional and patient experience. and genuinely cared about helping me.
The phone screen I needed wasn’t in stock, but going on ordering it immediately was not expected at all and it arrived much faster than I expected. To top it off, it even included a bonus screen protector, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day.
It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this genuine, efficient, and customer-focused. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent service!

My phone was suddenly full of viruses. I couldn't access my calls or texts. I checked Google for someone who may help me and found Fix Phones on Marion Rd. The gentleman who helped me was able to clean out my phone of all the problems. It only took about 15 mins and only cost $25.
I would recommend this service to anyone.

I am very happy that he helped me to remove viruses from my phone in no time. Thankyou B and he didn't charge me any money. He said for older people like me if it is a simple job or if he don't have to change any parts then he gonna do it free for all of them. God Bless him. Happy me :) Highly Recommended.
