Asked old mate how much it would cost to clean my phone's charging port. He went away for a couple of minutes without saying a word about price. Was worried he would come back and charge me $50 or more. Showed me the charger clicking into the phone nicely, which it hadn't been, and didn't charge me anything. Champion.
